About the project
In 2010, a revolutionary idea was born that transformed the way KTM motorcycle spare parts were ordered in Europe. Oskar Wojciechowicz, co-founder of Revinners, launched the first online store in Europe offering genuine KTM parts and accessories.
This innovative solution simplified the previously complex and time-consuming ordering process for spare parts, benefiting both customers and dealers alike. By 2022, ordering parts became even easier, faster, and more intuitive with our custom-built tool - SPF (Spare Parts Finder) by Revinners, which we implemented for a German KTM dealer.

From the client's perspective
- Non-intuitive navigation excludes users who lack advanced knowledge of the motorcycle industry.
- Lack of feedback: Many solutions fail to provide feedback mechanisms, making it difficult for users to understand whether their actions are leading to the desired part.
- Lack of details about required parts, kits, or related components: Users do not gain insight into the scope of the search or additional parts that may be needed for repairs or assembly.
- No option to switch between diagrams: This hinders users from exploring alternative options, forcing them to restart the search from the beginning.

From the motorcycle dealer's perspective
- Non-intuitive navigation results in numerous order mistakes, significantly increasing the costs dealers incur when processing returns.
- Insufficient information on part compatibility, related products, and the number of parts required for a repair generates the need for multiple customer service advisors to handle orders, raising labor costs.
- Complex interface requiring extensive domain knowledge from the user slows down the estimation and repair process, adding to dealer costs.
- Lack of clear information about kits, packages, or the required number of items is seen as a missed opportunity for dealers to increase average order value (AOV).
